Rental Space

First Parish in Cambridge has rooms of various sizes and configurations available for rent. Our interconnected historic buildings create an inviting place to hold lectures, concerts, meetings, conferences, trainings, weddings, parties, and other events. We are convenient to public transportation; spaces are wheel chair accessible via elevator with recently renovated space in our Meetinghouse for wheelchair users.

First Parish facilities are not available to groups who advocate the use of violence, or discriminate explicitly or implicitly against any race, gender, sexual orientation, religious or ethnic group. We expect people attending events held at our facility to interact politely and respectfully with all other events or organizations which may be meeting concurrently within our building.

Rental Availability
First Parish rents rooms to outside groups on a space available basis. The Meetinghouse is usually available except for Sundays when it is not available until 3pm. Most rooms tend to be available Monday–Saturday during the day as well as Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The auditorium is only available June-August. Stebbins Gallery is available only when a show is not scheduled. Rooms are generally available for a minimum of 4 hours although there are special rates for a repeating series use of 2-3 hours during the day as well as a special concert rate.

If you are a member of the church and want to reserve space for a group meeting or other church sponsored event, email Carol Rabs at office [at] fpcambridge [dot] org with your request.
Voting members may rent church space for personal events (baby shower, birthday party, etc.) at reduced rates and should fill out the Rental Application Form and email it to Carol Rabs at office [at] fpcambridge [dot] org. Reduced fees for voting members are not available for events on behalf of an organization or events that involve fundraising or ticket sales.
